Shooting delicious food on a regular basis has its perks and shooting this year’s Trencherman’s 27th Guide launch at the beautiful Calcot & Spa in Gloucestershire was no exception. The food was exceptional – Cornish crab starter , Loch Duart salmon fish course, Wiltshire lamb main and a dark chocolate dessert. The chefs who cooked on the day were Chris Cleghorn, Elly Wentworth, Richard Davies and Jamie McCallum, each serving a course for the dining guide launch in this beautiful Cotswolds surrounding.
